DVD Commercial

We accept video for DVD origination on VHS, SVHS, 8mm, Hi8 and DV video only. The maximum running time per disk is 2 hours.

We can duplicate DVD to DVD-R quickly and in large quantities.

An original disk which we make from videotape sent to us will have either no chapter points, or up to 8, depending on your requirements. If you have no chapter points the fee per original disk of up to 2 hours is £18. If you require chapter points - making the disk easy to `navigate` round - the fee is £38.

Disks can be printer-labelled (for which there is a charge), and come in a clear Amaray-type sleeve for your own artwork. A luxury presentation wedding sleeve is also available at an additional cost of £10.

Full details, including specimen menu screens, can be obtained on the downloadable PDF customer order form following.

For duplication of this disk, or for duplication of an original disk that you are supplying, the scale of charges is: 1st disk £10, 2nd disk £9, 3rd disk £8, 4th disk £7, 5th disk £6. 6th and subsequent disks are £5.50 each. For both origination and duplication there is no VAT to pay and no charge for postage and packaging.

Notes: Chapter points require real-time identification clearly indicated to us accompanying the source video, plus a visual and audio cue for each chapter point. We guarantee accuracy of chapter points to within 30 seconds only of required position.

DVDs with chapter points have an initial menu screen with interactive thumbnails ( up to 8) backed by copyright free music. Matters of copyright elsewhere in the DVD are the customers own responsibility. We accept material for DVD authoring on this strict understanding. Where doubt exists we will not proceed.

All work must be paid for in advance by cheque, bankers draft or cash. We do not accept `plastic`. Normal turn-round period is 3 days after payment has been verified.

Video material remains the property of the customer and we do not accept responsibility for goods in transit, or for their damage or loss.

`Insert edits` in the source material must be clearly identified. Customers are advised that, nevertheless, these may cause interruptions in the sound track. The maximum running time of a DVD is 2 hours - longer productions will be terminated at 2 hours.
